About the Role

Lead and operate the coordination engine for Corporate, GTM, and Manufacturing hiring, managing recruiting coordinators and improving interview and candidate experience processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high-growth technology company.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Ability to own execution and process building.
  • High operational rigor in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar ATS.
  • Workday HRIS experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with candidate and hiring experience surveys and NPS is a bonus.
  • Experience building or running interview training programs is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with recruiting and AI tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end.
  • Oversee multi-panel interviews, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate preparation.
  • Monitor service levels, identify workflow and capacity improvements, and manage load balancing.
  • Coordinate debriefs, maintain calibration and accuracy, and enforce process hygiene.
  • Lead candidate and hiring team experience initiatives using survey feedback.
  • Build the coordination team capacity model and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Hire, onboard, and support recruiting coordinators.
