About the Role
You will build and develop the legal and regulatory function, set and implement regulatory strategy, and oversee compliance reporting. You will establish policies, support product development with product and strategy teams, monitor MiCAR and crypto-asset developments, and manage data-protection and data-security policies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
- Knowledge of the Austrian Financial Market Authority and its regulations
- Strong legal knowledge in a FinTech or financial-services environment, consulting firm, or law firm
- Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into practical actions
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and independently meet strict deadlines
