About the Role
You will manage regulatory communications and reporting, establish and update internal-control policies and operational guidelines, and monitor internal controls across departments. You will review and draft contracts, support legal-issue responses, analyze virtual-asset regulations, and build reporting processes for domestic and international regulatory changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance and internal-control work
- Ability to review contracts and assess legal risks
- Experience preparing reports for supervisory authorities
- Ability to respond proactively to new regulatory environments
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with supervisory authorities and report to relevant institutions
- Establish and revise internal-control regulations and detailed operational guidelines
- Monitor internal-control status and regulations across departments
- Review and draft contracts and support responses to legal issues
- Analyze virtual-asset laws and regulatory trends and monitor their legal impact
- Build and operate reporting systems in response to domestic and international regulatory changes
