About the Role
You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and provide practical legal advice on commercial risk. You will advise on intellectual property, AI and data use, employment, privacy, fleet operations, and international expansion. You will also develop scalable legal processes and support stakeholders on contracting practices.
Requirements
- Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales
- Two to four years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex procurement, supply-chain, technology, and vendor agreements
- Experience negotiating with commercial counterparties
- Ability to explain legal and commercial risk to non-legal stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic commercial transactions in technology-driven environments
- Experience advising on employment matters affecting a global workforce or willingness to develop this experience
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize competing work
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supplier, software, services, OEM, and Tier 1 supplier agreements
- Advise on intellectual property, AI, data usage, and commercial matters
- Advise on employment and HR matters affecting the global workforce
- Advise on data protection and privacy matters
- Develop scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and governance structures
- Support strategic initiatives, international expansion, and product deployments
- Support fleet operations for vehicle operation, testing, and deployment
- Educate stakeholders on commercial risk, contracting practices, and legal processes
