You will manage end-to-end legal and administrative matters in an early-stage startup setting. You will draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts; assess jurisdictional risks and benefits; weigh legal versus commercial considerations; negotiate with counterparties and verify their documentation. You will respond quickly to varied, unconventional tasks and handle ad hoc legal needs in a fast-moving remote contract role.
Requirements
- 5+ years legal experience in tech business development or operations
- Experience managing legal and administrative processes in early-stage startups
- Thorough knowledge of English law for cross-jurisdictional contracts
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with crypto and AI technologies
- Ability to work in non-corporate dynamic environments
- Self-starter and responsive
