About the Role

You will provide practical employment-law advice across the UK and EMEA throughout the employee lifecycle. You will support disputes and investigations, draft and maintain policies, monitor legal developments, advise on transactions and TUPE matters, partner with People teams, and deliver guidance and training to non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of UK employment-law experience
  • Exposure to employment-law issues across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales in good standing
  • Knowledge of the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, Working Time Regulations, and TUPE
  • Experience advising on employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Legal drafting
  • Analysis

  • Experience working with HR, People, Compliance, and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Advise on UK and EMEA employment matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide risk-based employment-law advice on employee matters
  • Support employment disputes, settlement negotiations, ACAS Early Conciliation, and tribunal claims
  • Advise on employee-relations issues and investigation outcomes
  • Draft and maintain employment templates and policies
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement policy updates
  • Support employment aspects of corporate transactions, integrations, reorganisations, and TUPE matters
  • Support workplace investigations and remediation
  • Develop and deliver employment-law guidance and training
