About the Role
You will lead the EMEA healthcare compliance strategy and serve as a compliance officer for applicable local markets. You will advise senior leaders, oversee compliance programs, manage regional risks and remediation, monitor compliance performance, and coach a regional team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, or risk management roles in life sciences or MedTech
- Experience leading multi-country or regional healthcare compliance programs
- Knowledge of EMEA healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
- Experience influencing senior leaders and leading regional teams
- Fluency in English
- Valid driver's license where applicable
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the EMEA healthcare compliance strategy
- Advise senior leaders on compliance risks, mitigation, and business decisions
- Oversee compliance programs across EMEA markets
- Identify, assess, and manage regional compliance risks with cross-functional partners
- Guide issue management and remediation
- Ensure effective compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop regional healthcare compliance professionals
- Embed compliance into business transformation and market-model initiatives
