About the Role
You will establish learning and development foundations. You will develop strategy, assess skill gaps, design onboarding and reskilling programs, create learning paths, manage content partnerships, support development planning, implement a learning management system, and measure program impact.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of HR experience
- Experience building and managing learning and development functions across multiple countries
- Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
- Experience designing training programs
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory
- Communication, influence, stakeholder management, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a learning and development strategy
- Assess skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives
- Design onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs
- Build scalable learning paths for key roles
- Source external content and partnerships
- Identify high-potential employees and development plans with leaders
- Select, configure, and roll out a Learning Management System
- Measure learning and development impact on organizational performance
