About the Role
You will lead architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence for healthcare integration systems. You will build resilient enterprise integrations, develop secure connections with internal and third-party platforms, design event-driven distributed architectures, automate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, establish observability and incident response practices, resolve production issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years building and supporting scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems
- Experience integrating external APIs and third-party systems
- Experience building automated testing frameworks
- Expertise in authentication and authorization frameworks
- Expertise in secure API design and access control
- Experience with relational and non-relational database modeling
- Experience with observability tooling and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, cloud provisioning, and CI/CD pipeline design
- Healthcare technology or prior authorization experience is a plus
- Interoperability standards experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
