About the Role
You will define technical architecture for generative AI workflow systems, lead the design and scaling of LLM agents, establish engineering standards, build learning systems from customer feedback and usage data, mentor senior engineers, collaborate with product and design leaders, and champion testing, observability, deployment, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Leadership of complex technical initiatives
- Expertise in distributed systems, algorithms and scalable software design
- Experience architecting and shipping systems in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, generative AI frameworks or AI-native applications
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Technical background in computer science, mathematics, physics or systems engineering
- Experience building or scaling AI agent architectures for production environments
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture for generative AI workflow systems
- Lead the design and scaling of LLM agents
- Set engineering standards across the stack
