About the Role
You will provide hands-on technical leadership for an engineering squad. You will design, build, review, and deliver high-quality software; translate technical direction into delivery; lead design decisions; mentor engineers; and maintain reliable, observable, supportable services. You will use AI-assisted and agentic development workflows while upholding quality, security, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, review, and deliver high-quality software
- Own complex technical challenges and unblock engineers
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering standards
- Lead technical design discussions and drive squad engineering decisions
- Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, feedback, and example
- Translate technical direction into achievable delivery plans
- Identify and communicate technical risks proactively
- Own service reliability, observability, product support, on-call readiness, and incident response
- Collaborate on architecture, engineering practices, and technical standards
- Use AI-assisted and agentic development to improve delivery, reliability, and developer experience
- Communicate squad health, delivery status, and technical risk to senior stakeholders
