About the Role
You will own the autonomy product roadmap and deliver features from strategy through deployment. You will translate complex driving use cases into requirements, align technical and commercial stakeholders, analyze testing data, manage trade-offs, and track readiness metrics for driverless launches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex AI/ML systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written strategy and presentation communication skills
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Knowledge of autonomous systems and safety-critical software
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute the autonomy roadmap
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle for autonomy features
- Translate complex use cases into actionable requirements
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on requirements and trade-offs
- Analyze simulation, track, and road-testing performance data
- Prioritize issue resolution based on system-readiness metrics
- Monitor ODD coverage, system readiness, and route viability
