About the Role

You will lead design across acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsells, pricing, and retention. You will partner on messaging and funnel strategy, design and evaluate experiments, create scalable product experiences, and ensure growth surfaces are effective and memorable.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer or prosumer products with growth-design experience
• Understanding of onboarding, activation, acquisition, conversion, upsells, paywalls, pricing, and retention
• Experience with experimentation, funnels, and metrics
• Experience partnering with Growth and Product Marketing teams
• Experience with 0-to-1 product design and large-scale optimization
• Visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• Communication skills
• 5+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead product design across acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsells, and retention
• Design first-run and onboarding experiences
• Create acquisition, activation, paywall, pricing, and plan-comparison experiences
• Partner on positioning, messaging, landing experiences, and funnel strategy
• Design and run experiments using usage data to guide decisions
• Design scalable product experiences
• Partner with brand design on growth surfaces
