About the Role

You will define the technical direction for a scalable marketing web platform and build hands-on solutions across web development AI automation experimentation personalization and data integrations. You will optimize content systems performance and technical SEO while guiding engineering standards and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

8+ years of professional web development experience
2+ years in a Staff Lead or Principal engineering role
Deep expertise in JavaScript React and Next.js
Experience with headless architectures
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs
Experience with Vercel AI SDK or LangChain
Experience building experimentation frameworks and personalization engines
Understanding of CDPs CRM integrations server-side tagging and event tracking
Experience building Sanity schemas GROQ queries and custom inputs
Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
Cross-functional leadership experience
Understanding of SSR SSG and edge deployment strategies
Experience with Vercel or Cloudflare

Responsibilities

Develop the technical plan for the marketing web platform
