About the Role
You will own onboarding from account creation through KYC completion and build acquisition funnel surfaces. You will ship frontend, backend, and integration work, use analytics to identify friction, make architectural decisions, coordinate across engineering teams, and mentor less senior engineers through reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- Depth across both frontend and backend engineering
- Experience shipping onboarding flows KYC integrations or acquisition funnel features
- Experience working across teams in a larger engineering organization
- Strong product instincts and funnel analysis skills
- Ability to make system-level technical tradeoffs
- Clear communication with engineers product managers and stakeholders
- Web3 onboarding or crypto-native KYC and compliance experience is a plus
- Prediction markets financial platforms or high-stakes transaction product experience is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and growth experiments is a plus

- Build ad-driven funnel surfaces connected to relevant market pages
- Ship fullstack features across frontend UI backend services and third-party integrations
- Use product analytics to identify funnel friction and run experiments
- Make architectural decisions within your domain
- Coordinate changes across engineering teams and ownership boundaries
- Raise technical standards through code review feedback and mentoring
