About the Role
You will develop and debug firmware for humanoid robots, including motion control, stabilization, sensor integration, and Ethernet communication. You will integrate microcontrollers and peripherals, implement motor and sensor drivers, optimize performance and power efficiency, develop real-time control algorithms, mentor engineers, and maintain secure, documented firmware.
Requirements
- 10+ years of embedded systems development experience
- C and C++ for microcontrollers
- Experience with RTOS environments including FreeRTOS and Zephyr
- Experience with bare-metal systems
- Experience with ARM Cortex or STM32 platforms
- Knowledge of UART SPI I2C CAN and Ethernet
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers
- Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Knowledge of Git CI/CD and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of control systems kinematics and motion algorithms
- Experience with or interest in Rust for embedded systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and debug firmware for humanoid robots
