About the Role
You will define growth strategies for RWA products and ecosystem initiatives. You will identify market opportunities work with cross-functional teams build relationships with industry participants and translate user and market insights into product and growth recommendations. You will support go-to-market initiatives track performance and lead strategic projects across regions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across financial services FinTech internet Crypto Web3 or related industries
- Strong understanding of RWA asset digitization traditional finance and the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience in Growth Product Operations Business Development Partnerships or Ecosystem roles
- Strong product and user mindset
- Ability to translate user needs and market opportunities into growth strategies
- Excellent commercial communication and partnership management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to independently drive complex global initiatives
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach
- Fluent English
