About the Role
You will design and scale global growth programs for existing customers. You will analyze retention and expansion drivers, turn insights into practical programs, coordinate regional and functional stakeholders, create measurements and reporting, and establish repeatable operating rhythms.
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or post-sales GTM operations
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and manage cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
- Stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and operating teams
- Written communication skills
- Ability to work in a global organization
- Business judgment regarding customer adoption, retention, and expansion
Responsibilities
- Design and scale global programs for customer adoption, value realization, cross-sell, upsell, and growth
- Analyze the drivers and leading indicators of retention and expansion
- Create program plans, success metrics, stakeholder maps, and operating cadences
- Adapt global programs for regional execution
- Create field-facing materials and executive updates
- Establish progress-review and continuous-improvement rhythms
