About the Role
You will define growth strategies for DeFi products and ecosystem initiatives. You will study Web3 users and market trends identify adoption opportunities build relationships with protocols and partners and provide insights for product positioning and go-to-market plans. You will use data and feedback to improve strategies and lead complex initiatives from planning through execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across internet FinTech Crypto Web3 or related industries
- Strong understanding of DeFi Web3 products and public blockchain ecosystems
- Experience in Growth Product Operations Ecosystem Business Development or related functions
- Strong product mindset
- Familiarity with the global Web3 ecosystem
- Ability to build relationships with projects and industry partners
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive complex initiatives
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Define and drive global growth strategies for DeFi products and ecosystem initiatives
- Analyze Web3 users products and ecosystem trends
- Identify product adoption and ecosystem development opportunities
- Partner with Product Engineering Business Development and Marketing teams
- Build relationships with protocols projects technology teams and ecosystem partners
- Provide industry and user insights for product positioning and user experience
- Support ecosystem partnership and go-to-market initiatives
- Translate emerging DeFi and Web3 trends into growth opportunities
- Evaluate and improve strategies using data user feedback and market insights
- Lead global cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
