About the Role
You will analyze product growth and B2B opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and monetization. You will build self-service analytics, define success metrics, size opportunities, and partner with product and engineering on experiment design, deployment, and analysis. You will also improve experimentation practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
- 3+ years working in a growth function
- Business and product intuition
- Statistical analysis and A/B testing knowledge
- SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis for product-led growth and B2B strategy
- Identify activation, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Build and maintain self-service analytics
- Own success metrics and opportunity sizing
- Partner with product and engineering on experiment design, deployment, and analysis
