About the Role
You will lead the bring-up and characterisation of silicon devices and system platforms. You will build and lead a team, create characterisation plans, automate testing, analyse results, and work with architecture, silicon, hardware, operations, and product stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience delivering technical outcomes as an individual contributor, manager, or project manager
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in silicon digital device design, bring-up, and characterisation
- Understanding of silicon process technology and transistor- and system-level performance
- Knowledge of high-performance processors, SoC architectures, PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR
- Experience with measurement automation, data analysis, and automated testing code or scripts
- Background understanding of ATE systems

- Lead silicon-device and system-platform bring-up and characterisation
- Build and lead a characterisation team
- Develop characterisation plans
- Automate testing and analysis workflows
- Analyse results across silicon and system platforms
- Work with architecture, silicon, hardware, operations, and product stakeholders
- Influence product design and new capabilities
