About the Role
You will develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will assess learning needs, create and analyze KPIs and feedback mechanisms, support Workday Learning adoption, document training workflows, lead strategic projects, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing complex datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
- Experience leading regional or global projects involving process improvement, reporting, learning operations, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Workday or an LMS, including reporting, configuration support, learner management, analytics, and adoption tracking.
- Advanced Power BI proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of SQL or other business intelligence reporting tools.
- Experience analyzing KPIs, effectiveness metrics, learner engagement, adoption rates, and business impact indicators.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs.
- Create and analyze KPIs, metrics, and feedback mechanisms using Power BI, Python, and other data tools.
- Support the configuration, adoption, and use of Workday Learning.
- Explore learning technologies and Workday Learning functionality to improve training.
- Map and document end-to-end training request workflows and learner journeys.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Lead strategic learning and development projects and programs.
