About the Role
You will provide level-two and level-three functional support for HR applications. You will centralize change requests, track incidents, coordinate with IT and application-maintenance providers, support new module integration, gather and formalize requirements, maintain documentation and access roles, and develop operational reporting in Excel and Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems or human resources
- At least 2 years of experience with Cegid HR Talentsoft or Neocase
- Knowledge of HR processes including performance, recruitment, compensation, and training
- Ability to write general and detailed specifications
- Ability to facilitate meetings and functional workshops in English
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus
- 2 to 5 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure functional availability of HR applications
- Centralize and formalize change and correction requests
- Track business-reported application incidents
- Escalate malfunctions to IT or application-maintenance providers
- Support integration of new modules
- Gather requirements and produce specifications
- Maintain user documentation, technical sheets, roles, and permissions
- Monitor functional developments in production modules
- Develop operational reports in Excel, Excel+, and Power BI
