About the Role

You will support recruitment and selection by assessing business needs, help implement the FTE plan within budget, and support managers with annual and short-term goal evaluations. You will assist with personnel solutions, employee communications, People and Culture reporting, and statutory and procedural training.

Requirements

  • Education in economics, finance, or a related field
  • Understanding of financial analysis and key financial indicators
  • English language knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and selection through business-needs assessment
