About the Role
You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent roles across regional and global teams. You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, tech communities, and direct headhunting. You will partner with hiring managers and business leads, provide market insights and interview guidance, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, maintain accurate ATS records, and support ad-hoc talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Show curiosity or passion for Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent positions across regional and global teams.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leads by providing market insights, talent mapping, and interview guidance.
- Deliver an engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System and support ad-hoc talent acquisition projects.
