About the Role
You will own the technical talent lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance. You will source and engage technical talent, partner with hiring stakeholders, recruit diverse candidates, and improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering or product positions
- Experience with creative sourcing techniques and passive-candidate engagement
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience exceeding recruiting performance goals and KPIs
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Develop sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Recruit diverse talent
- Improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction
