About the Role

You will define and execute the LATAM go-to-market strategy, prioritize markets, and build country-specific entry plans. You will recruit, activate, and scale IB and affiliate networks and structure competitive commission models. You will build local sales and retention infrastructure, optimize the lead → FTD → retention journey, and improve deposit frequency and volume. You will collaborate on marketing localization, support Spanish-language content, and help launch webinars, trading competitions, and local activations. You will own the regional P&L, set CPA and CLV targets, forecast deposits and revenue, and report monthly on performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in FX / CFD / online trading industry
  • Proven LATAM IB or affiliate network building
  • Demonstrated Net Deposit growth responsibility
  • Strong understanding of LATAM trader behavior
  • Fluent Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy
  • Define priority countries and build structured market entry plans
  • Drive Net Deposits FTD growth and active traders
  • Recruit activate and scale IB networks
  • Structure competitive and sustainable commission models
  • Build local academies and influencer-driven funnels
  • Develop long-term anchor partnerships
  • Monitor IB quality including retention deposit quality and churn metrics
  • Build local sales structure where justified
  • Optimize the lead to FTD to retention journey
  • Align with retention desk for LTV optimization
  • Define country-specific marketing funnels and support Spanish content
  • Collaborate on paid media campaigns and local activations including webinars and trading competitions
  • Own regional P&L define CPA and CLV targets forecast deposits and revenue and report monthly
