About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for large language model and text-reasoning talent. You will partner closely with technical leaders to define talent profiles, source global candidates, map talent markets and competitors, build academic and open-source communities, lead difficult searches and offer negotiations, and improve recruitment processes using data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 5 years of technical recruiting experience related to large language models
- Experience recruiting for NLP, large language models, reinforcement learning, deep learning algorithms, or high-performance computing is preferred
- Understand concepts including Transformer, MoE, reasoning, Chain-of-Thought, process reward models, RLHF, and speculative decoding
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and offer-negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for large language model and text-reasoning talent
- Partner with technical teams to define talent profiles and sourcing strategies
- Track LLM industry and academic developments and produce talent-mapping reports
- Build and operate academic, open-source, and AI-lab talent networks
- Lead targeted searches and offer negotiations for senior AI talent
