About the Role
You will manage full-cycle technical recruiting, partner with hiring managers on technical requirements, create AI-enabled sourcing strategies, maintain a strong candidate experience, negotiate offers, and use recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- Experience placing technical talent.
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
- Fluency with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Ashby preferred.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools to engage technical talent.
- Use AI for outreach, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
- Manage the candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
