About the Role
You will provide practical labour-law advice and support HR on individual and collective employment matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, advise on employee representation, coordinate with local counsel, handle cross-border employment matters, and monitor regulatory developments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in French Labour Law
- 4-6 years of experience
- Strong experience in French labour law
- Experience with individual and collective employee relationships
- Experience with other jurisdictions, ideally the United States and United Kingdom
- Experience drafting and negotiating employment contracts
- Experience managing employee collective representation matters
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide labour-law advice on individual and collective employee relationships
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts
- Advise on the employment lifecycle and French legal requirements
- Advise on CSE and employee representative matters
- Coordinate with HR teams and local external counsel
- Provide guidance on secondments, remote work, and international mobility
- Monitor labour-law developments across key jurisdictions
- Adapt internal processes to regulatory developments
