Requirements

  • Practical experience supporting organizational optimization or resolving labor-management issues
  • Practical experience investigating internal whistleblowing reports or promoting compliance
  • Practical experience supporting employees through leave of absence and return to work
  • Practical experience establishing or revising human-resources regulations and managing legal risks
  • Knowledge of labor-related laws
