About the Role
Grow Berachain’s presence in the Korean crypto market by cultivating retail users, trading communities, developers, and institutional partners. The role spans ecosystem partnerships, community growth, developer relations, cultural localization, events, and public advocacy.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in crypto, preferably in a Layer 1, DeFi, or consumer-facing protocol
- Deep familiarity with the Korean crypto landscape, including trading communities, influencers, and developer networks
- Proven ability to grow and manage communities in Korea
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption among Korean users and developers
- Develop relationships with key influencers, trading communities, and local media
- Onboard and support Korean developers and organize hackathons, meetups, and educational initiatives
- Localize messaging, documentation, and content for the Korean market
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallets, media outlets, and DeFi protocols
- Represent Berachain at conferences, community events, and public forums
