About the Role

You will build and scale a creator network, acquire trading users through influencer partnerships, and manage local KOL relationships from sourcing through activation. You will represent derivatives products to regional creators, resolve execution issues, own acquisition and CAC targets, and work with growth, marketing, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record building an influencer, KOL, or creator network in the Netherlands or Germany
• Speak Dutch or German natively or fluently and understand the local crypto and trading creator ecosystem
• Have experience acquiring trading users at scale with attention to CAC
• Understand perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
• Manage creator and KOL relationships and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a KOL and creator network
• Drive trading-user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships
• Manage local KOL relationships from sourcing through activation
• Represent perpetual futures, prop trading, and margin products to regional creators
• Resolve on-the-ground execution issues and iterate quickly
• Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency
• Partner with growth, marketing, and compliance teams
• Benchmark and adapt a KOL playbook
