About the Role
You will lead copy strategy and conceptual execution for the primary DACH audience across marketing channels. You will partner with art directors, 3D artists, and designers to develop integrated campaigns, including video scripts, out-of-home advertising, landing pages, and performance ads. You will turn financial concepts into engaging, accessible, compliant copy and maintain German tone-of-voice guidelines.
Requirements
- Native-level written and spoken German
- Business-fluent English
- 4+ years of creative agency or brand experience
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaigns, short-form copy, long-form narrative, and brand messaging
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Familiarity with fintech, crypto, trading, or modern finance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead copy strategy and conceptual execution across channels for the DACH audience
- Partner with art directors, 3D artists, and designers to create integrated campaigns
- Develop campaign hooks, video scripts, out-of-home advertising, landing pages, and performance ads
- Translate crypto, stocks, ETFs, and digital assets into accessible, compliant copy
- Develop and maintain German tone-of-voice guidelines for campaigns and internal communications
