About the Role
You will support Operations Managers and the Chief of Staff with day-to-day business operations. You will maintain organized records, assist with accounts payable and receivable workflows, help manage contract and compliance documents, prepare operational materials, administer tools and systems, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Recent graduate, bachelor's degree, or 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or project coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Comfort working with numbers, invoices, and structured processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn financial operations, compliance, and contract workflows
- Comfort working in a remote environment with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records across Google Drive, Notion, and archives, including updates and version control
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable workflows, including invoice processing, tracking, reconciliations, and follow-ups
- Maintain contract and compliance document workflows under Operations Manager guidance
- Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes
- Support administration of Google Workspace, accounts, and licenses, and monitor shared inboxes
- Collaborate across teams to keep operational work moving
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
