About the Role
You will process AFC cases, identify suspicious transaction patterns, support KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, and suspicious-activity reporting. You will improve customer processes, analyse AI-supported workflows and data, onboard and offboard affiliate partners, and optimise systems and operations.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or financial services is a plus
- Understanding of compliance or AFC topics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process AFC cases accurately and promptly
- Identify suspicious transaction patterns
- Support KYC reviews and regulatory compliance
- Support transaction monitoring and suspicious-activity reporting
- Work with compliance tools to reduce risk
- Collaborate across operations, product, and support
- Improve customer experience across processes
- Analyse and optimise AI-supported workflows
- Produce data-based analyses for decision-making
- Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
- Continuously optimise systems and processes
