About the Role

You will manage approval and onboarding for new business customers and grow into full case management. You will contact customers by text and phone to collect information, assess applications using KYC and compliance requirements, and identify risks early. You will work with colleagues and your team lead on complex cases, daily priorities, quality, and speed.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Ability to handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone
Experience with KYC or OSINT, or a background in banking, lending, or law enforcement, or motivation to develop in these areas
Performance-oriented working approach

Responsibilities

Manage approval and onboarding for new business customers
Develop into full case management
Contact customers by text and phone to collect required information
Work with teammates and the team lead on complex cases, goals, and priorities
Apply KYC principles and compliance requirements to assess applications
Identify and flag risks early
Contribute to volume and quality performance goals
