About the Role
You will lead regional agent acquisition and user-growth operations. You will supervise Field Officers, oversee agent contracting and training, manage liquidity and compliance, improve distribution strategy, analyze field data, and ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Master’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing an agent network and/or user acquisition in Cameroon
- At least 2 years of experience managing field-based teams
- Experience overseeing agent-network activities in upcountry areas
- Work authorization in Cameroon
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Field Officers to acquire agents in opportunity areas
- Ensure compliant agent contracting and contract training
- Ensure agent training, certification, supplies, and outlet branding
- Coordinate agent liquidity monitoring
- Manage agent performance, risks, and closure activities
- Monitor legal, regulatory, and procedural compliance
- Oversee brand assets at agent locations
- Manage Field Officers and field-based promoters
- Develop user-growth and retention strategies
- Hire, train, manage, and monitor distribution team members
- Analyze field operations data and formulate regional recommendations
- Champion customer service and quality standards
