About the Role
You will manage field product rollouts and help build agent and merchant networks. You will train agents, monitor compliance and liquidity, conduct territory visits, address underperformance, support branding, and promote strong customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French
- Good command of an additional local language preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales, microfinance, telecoms, or fintech
- Experience with informal merchants, market vendors, or agent networks preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
- Excel
- Ability to work in challenging field conditions
Responsibilities
- Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Train agents on applications, contracts, rebalancing, and fraud management
- Build a branded and equipped agent network with the BTL team
- Monitor agent cash and float availability
- Conduct routine visits to identify risks and assess agent performance
- Close underperforming agents and recover equipment and branding materials
- Serve as the primary contact for agency networks in your territory
- Champion customer service among distributors and agents
