About the Role
You will manage product rollouts in Cameroon and represent the service in the field. You will build and train agent networks, recruit and onboard users, monitor compliance and liquidity, assess agent performance, and support customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent French
- Medium English proficiency
- Command of an additional local language preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience managing an agent network in Cameroon
- At least 1 year of experience managing field-based teams
- Familiarity with at least one listed region
- Fulfulde
Responsibilities
- Build and train a local agent network
- Recruit target users and onboard them to products
- Collaborate with field officers in other locations to increase product adoption
- Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Ensure agents are branded and equipped
- Monitor agent cash and float availability
- Conduct routine visits to identify risks and assess agent performance
- Close underperforming agents and recover equipment and branding materials
- Serve as the primary contact for agency networks in your territory
- Champion customer service among distributors and agents
