About the Role
You will serve as the first contact for inbound prospects, understand their needs, and explain relevant products. You will prepare quotes and cost estimates, maintain CRM records, discuss ramp-up plans, and route technical or complex opportunities to the appropriate sales specialists.
Requirements
- Understanding of core computing concepts, including servers and cloud computing.
- Ability to create and check cost estimates or comparisons.
- Written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to map customer needs to solutions or disqualify unsuitable opportunities.
- Knowledge of GPU compute for AI workloads.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Interest in GPUs and AI workloads, including CUDA, PyTorch, and vLLM.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound prospects.
- Understand customer goals and identify where the platform fits.
- Explain products and cloud concepts for different customer use cases.
- Prepare quotes, cost comparisons, and usage estimates.
- Discuss and review ramp-up plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and inbox records.
- Track conversations and follow-ups.
- Route technical requests to a Solution Architect and complex deals to Strategic Sales.
