About the Role

You will join a global IT support team, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees across different locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, working with a diverse team of professionals while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the financial services industry.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft eco-system including Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software and networking systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems, including backups and security systems
  • Ensure that all hardware and software are up-to-date with the latest patches and upgrades
  • Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone or by using the internal ticketing system
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to IT
