About the Role
You will provide end-user support across devices, software, networking, accounts, and SaaS platforms. You will troubleshoot endpoint and access issues, support employee lifecycle workflows, document processes, improve operations, maintain device and identity systems, and automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience supporting macOS endpoints and ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
- Google Workspace administration experience
- Slack administration experience
- Experience supporting and administering SaaS tools
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and directory services
- Knowledge of MDM and endpoint management
- Basic Bash or Python scripting experience
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues
- Troubleshoot macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms
- Resolve device enrollment, configuration-profile, and policy issues
- Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows
- Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Provide support for AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
- Write and maintain runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring issues and automation opportunities
- Streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations
- Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
- Assist with Bash and Python automation
