About the Role

You will troubleshoot employee hardware, software, networking, account, device, and SaaS issues. You will support onboarding and access workflows, document solutions, improve device and identity systems, and automate repetitive IT processes with scripting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• macOS endpoint support experience
• ChromeOS, iOS, and Android support knowledge
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Slack administration experience
• SaaS administration experience
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and directory services
• Knowledge of MDM and endpoint management
• Bash or Python scripting experience

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues
• Diagnose issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms
• Support device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and access-management workflows
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
• Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues
• Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
• Write and maintain runbooks, guides, and knowledge-base articles
• Identify recurring support issues and automation opportunities
• Streamline onboarding and high-volume operations
• Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
• Automate repetitive tasks with Bash or Python
