About the Role

You will provide advanced operational, diagnostic and engineering support for Arm-based hardware platforms in lab and data-centre environments. You will troubleshoot server, motherboard, power, thermal, firmware and system failures; support validation and deployment; document procedures; and mentor junior engineers. You may participate in on-call or off-hours support during critical milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Seven or more years of experience with server hardware architectures and board-level debugging
• Experience analysing system logs, hardware telemetry and power or thermal metrics
• Hands-on experience with HPC systems, AI compute platforms or rack-scale infrastructure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead break-fix troubleshooting for server blades, motherboards, power systems and rack-scale infrastructure
• Support engineering bring-up, component validation and firmware interaction testing
• Diagnose thermal, power, network, BIOS and BMC failures
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions or design improvements
• Support hardware deployment, rollout, validation and qualification cycles
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and validation documentation
• Mentor junior technicians and engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations or off-hours support during critical milestones
