About the Role
You will configure, maintain, and enhance Workday solutions for Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and HCM. You will translate business requirements into system configurations, troubleshoot payroll issues, support benefit plans, manage releases, and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Workday administration and configuration experience
- Knowledge of PATT, Benefits, and HCM
- Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, and security configuration
- Knowledge of HR processes, People Operations, Payroll, and Compensation
- Requirements gathering and troubleshooting skills
- Communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and HCM modules
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday solutions
- Maintain business processes, custom reports, and security settings
- Support US and international payroll configuration and processing
- Own Benefits configuration, enrollment events, and integration updates
- Support acquisitions, global expansion, and new Workday functionality
- Manage release reviews, regression testing, and feature rollouts
