About the Role
You will supervise customer-facing technology support staff, coordinate daily operations and workloads, monitor service queues, resolve escalations, and provide hands-on support during high demand. You will coach staff, plan coverage, monitor performance, and implement service improvements.
Requirements
- Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Supervisory experience leading, coordinating, or influencing team members
- Ability to prioritize, assign, and monitor work
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment

Responsibilities
- Supervise customer-facing technology support staff
- Monitor ticket queues, phone coverage, service desk activity, and field support assignments
- Coach staff, manage performance, and set clear expectations
- Coordinate and resolve operational escalations and customer concerns
- Provide hands-on technical support during high demand, critical incidents, and staffing shortages
- Coordinate staffing plans, coverage schedules, onboarding, and daily assignments
- Monitor operational performance and implement service improvements
