About the Role
You will manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process and create a smooth candidate experience. You will source active and passive candidates, conduct interviews, manage recruitment pipelines, screen applications, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, partner with hiring managers, manage job postings, maintain applicant tracking data, and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter for technical positions
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across fintech
- Executive search experience
- Strong oral and written English communication skills at B2 level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Out-of-the-box mindset and proactivity
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and participate in HR-related projects
Responsibilities
- Develop talent pipelines through research referrals sourcing and digital campaigns
- Head hunt top candidates across multiple regions
- Conduct first-round interviews to meet hiring targets
- Monitor all stages of the candidate life cycle
- Screen applications and assessments
- Schedule interviews and conduct feedback conversations
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and evaluate candidates
- Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms
- Maintain applicant tracking data
- Report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
