About the Role
You will provide onsite IT support across headquarters buildings and use remote tools when needed. You will resolve and track employee technical issues, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain IT asset inventory, administer common IT services, and provide audiovisual, event, and printer support.
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate IT support experience
- Linux, Mac, and Windows troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 PC hardware, Linux software troubleshooting, and Mac environments and hardware
- Knowledge of network configurations, VPN provisioning, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Google Meet and Zoom video conferencing
- California driver's license
Responsibilities
- Document, track, and monitor customer problems through ticketing systems, chat software, and email
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain IT equipment and asset inventory and follow compliance standards
- Support Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and security hardware
- Maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Promote knowledge sharing across IT and the company
- Provide audiovisual operational support for conference rooms and phone booths
- Provide event-related support for conference rooms and large meeting spaces
- Maintain and address printer-related requests
