About the Role
You will integrate, administer, and maintain the systems that keep the company running, including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. You will manage access, usage policies, and integrations for AI tooling, implement device and application management policies, and act as the service owner for multiple SaaS applications. You will architect solutions for applications and AI integrations, lead audits and optimization projects for the SaaS and AI portfolio focusing on security and scalability, and set up and maintain office AV, video hardware, and network/WiFi reliability. You will also develop onboarding and adoption programs for new IT features and evaluate new tools for adoption, consolidation, or deprecation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
- Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications such as Slack and GitHub
- Hands-on experience administering AI platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT including access management and usage monitoring
- Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
- Strong project and task management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment across teams
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and operation of IT infrastructure
- Administer and optimize AI platforms including Claude and other LLM tools
- Implement device and application management policies including AI usage and data handling
- Serve as service owner for company-wide SaaS applications
- Act as solutions architect and strategist for applications and AI integrations
- Lead audits and optimization of SaaS and AI portfolio focusing on security, permissions, automation, scalability, user experience, and license usage
- Set up and maintain office AV equipment, video hardware, and network/WiFi reliability
- Develop programs and processes to onboard and drive adoption of IT product features
- Evaluate new tools and recommend adoption, consolidation, or deprecation
